How long is a session?
50 minutes for individual counseling, 90 minutes for a group
How often will I need to come?
Most people come weekly or twice weekly at first. You may come less often as our work together progresses.

My offices are on College Ave., in the Rockridge district of Oakland., CA and Portola Drive in the Miraloma Heights district of San Francisco.
Dance/movement groups take place currently in Danspace Studio,
Hudson Street, Rockridge, Oakland (close to Rockridge Bart) and
Studio 204, 3435 Cesar Chavez in San Francisco.
